Return & Refund Policy
Ordering any new product involves a certain amount of risk, but books are often a special case. Because reading tastes vary so widely, even within genres, there is always the chance that a certain author or story will not satisfy a specific reader. That is the risk of a Book Box. Unfortunately, JustBooksBox does not offer refunds or returns on shipped Boxes. Don’t like the book? This is a perfect time to regift it or pay it forward. We know someone will appreciate it!

**Boxes on Demand will ship 3-5 business days after the order date. Boxes ship Media Mail, which does not forward mail, so make sure that the address is correct.
